Kurzfassung :A sandstone rock emerges as peninsula in the river Elbe at extremely low water directly below the cathedral. 2003 was the first time since 1976 that this rock appeared, therefore the primary succession was investigated and documented. In a whole 120 taxa have been found, their distribution into the ecological groups are discussed. 45 % of the species are therophytes, 28.5 % are hemicryptophytes, 14.2 % cryptophytes and 12.5 % phanerophytes. A least 35.8 % species are aliens. The most interesting species are shown by picture.
